Shipping & Returns Policy – Prime Brush

1. Shipping

Prime Brush processes and ships orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on location and external factors such as shipping carriers and customs.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

2. Returns & Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 24 hours of receiving their order, but only under the following conditions:

  • The wrong product was received, or

  • The product arrived damaged

No returns will be accepted for any other reasons.

3. Return Process

To request a return, the customer must contact us via email through our website within 24 hours of receiving the product.

The request must include:

  • Order details

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photo or video evidence showing the problem

4. Approval of Returns

All return requests are subject to review. Prime Brush reserves the right to approve or deny any return based on the provided evidence.

5. Refunds or Replacements

If the return is approved, we will either:

  • Send a replacement product, or

  • Issue a refund

The solution will be determined by Prime Brush.

6. Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns if:

  • The request is made after 24 hours

  • The product has been used or damaged by the customer

  • The customer simply changed their mind
