All sales are final. We do not accept any returns, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances once an order has been placed.

Refunds

Exceptions

The only exception applies if:

  • You receive the wrong item, or
  • The item arrives clearly damaged

In such cases, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (e.g., photos). We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
